What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety.
During a Reiki session, universal energy is channelled through the practitioners hands to deliver energy to your body through palm healing/hands on healing, improving the flow and balance of your chakras and energy to support healing of the body.

Reiki is a non-invasive, safe treatment for all ages, and pets; and can be carried out in person or remotely known as distance reiki.

Guided Meditations
As an approved teacher, I would like to share a taster of one of my Reiki-attuned guided meditation.
This meditation includes a body scan, chakra healing, and an immersive spiritual journey, introducing you to your spirit animal; a personal message from your higher self; and a message from a loved one. The meditation will also help ease any stress or tension, and balance your emotions.
As part of the meditation, the healing energy will stay with you for 2 weeks.

Reiki Courses
Starting in Autumn 2024, I am excited to announce that I will be offering new Reiki courses. These courses will be comprehensive and designed to introduce you to the principles and practices of Reiki. Depending on your level of experience, you will be attuned to Reiki Level 1, 2, or Master Level.
Course investment is as follows:
Reiki Level 1, £100.00: Receive access to the universal life force energy, learn how to use hand positions and more about yourself through Reiki.
Reiki Level 2, £150.00: Receive access to higher vibrational energy, learn sacred Reiki symbols, and improve your mental/emotional well-being, to become a Reiki Practitioner.
Master Level, £200.00: This level provides a pathway to your spiritual awakening and a deeper connection with the universal life force energy.
