As your birth doula, I will be your trusted companion during your pregnancy and childbirth, assisting you in navigating the healthcare system and offering unwavering support from beginning to end. 

My goal is to empower you through a positive childbirth experience by providing comfort measures, coping strategies, communication assistance, and guidance to help you make informed decisions.

I provide a complimentary 40-minute online consultation to discuss your needs and address any questions you may have.

    • 3 x 90 mins 1:1 Antenatal Sessions with your birth partner, including Birth Physiology, Massage Techniques, and a Nutrition Pack

    • Understanding how to advocate for yourself during birth, and your birth partner’s role.

    • You and Your Space: 1 x 90 mins Birth Debrief

    • Access to Doula Library, and signposting to additional resources to support your journey including online baby groups, health practitioners, and support networks in local area

    • Available via email/text to offer support during your pregnancy

    Note: This package does not involve me attending your birth.

    • Attendance at your birth, on-call from 38 weeks until baby is born
