What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety.
During a Reiki healing session, universal energy is channelled through the practitioners hands to deliver energy to your body through palm healing/hands on healing, improving the flow and balance of your chakras and energy to support healing of the body.
You will also receive helpful guidance and messages picked up during your session, to support your wellbeing journey.

Reiki is a non-invasive, safe treatment for all ages, and pets; and can be carried out in person or remotely known as distance reiki.

Animal Reiki
Animals respond very well to Reiki, which helps calm them, balance their individual temperaments, and support recovery after illness, injury, or surgery. This gentle treatment is suitable for all pets—including timid animals and exotic species.
Session offerings:
Small animals / small breeds: £30 (30 mins)
Large breeds: £50 (30 mins)
Equestrian Reiki: £200 (45 mins)
In-person sessions are recommended for best results, with travel costs applied beyond a 4-mile radius. As every animal’s needs are unique, I may require a bit more information about your pet prior to the session.
Guided reiki Meditations
As an approved mediation coach, I would like to share a taster of one of my Reiki-attuned guided meditation.
This meditation includes a body scan, chakra healing, and an immersive spiritual journey, introducing you to your spirit animal; a personal message from your higher self; and a message from a loved one. The meditation will help ease any stress or tension, and balance your emotions.
As part of the meditation, the healing energy will stay with you for 2 weeks.
