Postnatal Support

As your  postnatal doula, I'll be your guide, your helper, and your friend during your postpartum period, offering you emotional and physical support as a new parent.

I'll help you with baby care and household tasks, and provide resources to ease your transition into parenthood, allowing you to focus on bonding with your new baby and self-care.

I provide a complimentary 40-minute online consultation to discuss your needs and address any questions you may have.

  • • 26 hours over a 4-week period, supporting with baby care and light household tasks

    • 2 x fridge fill to cover a 2 week period, including smoothies (Client provides ingredients)

    • 1 x 60 mins postnatal Reiki/Aromatherapy session, including facial

    • Benkung Belly wrapping support

    • ‘Closing the bones’ ceremony

    • Postnatal Bag, inc helpful essentials

    • Available via email/text to offer support during your postpartum period (up to 4 weeks)

    • Access to Doula Library, and signposting to additional resources to support your journey including online baby groups, health practitioners, and support networks in local area

    Investment: £750.00 - Payment plan options available

    Note: Travel expenses are in addition to the package fee, at 45p a mile.
